To add a pdf to a blog you use the add media option. You can add this a couple of ways depending on your version of WordPress. Use the blue button with a white plus sign to add a new section. Choose File (near the bottom of the list of options). Use Upload if you haven’t already uploaded it or choose from your Media Library if you have already added it.
